Absolute Amazing Way To Naturally Detox Your Body With Lemonade And White Tea
The foods we consume daily truly determines how we feel, what we look like, and how high our energy or spirit levels are. By performing the check-out-line test, you do not have to be a Doctor, to make the calculation of whether or not that person, and or family is leading a healthy clean lifestyle. I'm sometimes shocked and amazed at what many people have in their carts. Stacks of cartons of soda and diet sodas, frozen meats, frozen vegetables, and frozen dinners. Huge bags of chips, cookies, salty and sugary snacks, instead of instead of fish, chicken, lean cuts of meats, fresh fruits and green leafy veggies.
If you consume fast foods and unhealthy meals on a daily basis, you probably will be blotted, constipated, run down and overly fatigued. Leaving no energy to get out of the house for some fresh air and exercise. It is no wonder that half of our nation suffers from high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease. Because of our unhealthy lifestyles, our bodies can begin to shut down. It is a good idea to start a detox program and to pamper ourselves, instead of abusing our precious bodies. A natural body detoxification will get our bodies back in optima health.
People tell me all of the time, how they are too tired & too stressed to exercise. I say to them, "clean the pipes." We know what to do, people think that it will require just too much effort to follow through. Every season, I run my body through a detoxification. Usually four times a year. Now that is springtime, I will do a 7-10 day fast, to rid my body of winter toxins. You do not have to do a fast for 7 days. In fact you can do a 24-48 hour fast. If you have never done a fast before, this is probably better, and more attainable. What exactly is detox? Detox is simply cleansing the body of toxins. These toxins can enter your body from what we eat and breathe. When these toxins build in volume, they can cause the body serious harm. Our body's organs, particularly the liver, kidneys, lungs and the colon can become clogged. This causes disease and ailments. It is very easy to do a cleanse. You can easily put together quick cleanse that accomplish a colon cleanse, liver, and clean the digestive tract.
First and foremost, always, always drink plenty of purified water. Between 6-8 glasses a day will suffice. I use my own recipes. I'll do a lemonade fast, but add green or white tea. You've probably heard of the Master Cleanse. This cleanse was written by Stanley Burroughs over 50 years ago. The book gained more attention back in 2006, after Singer Beyonce Knowles used the diet for her role in The movie 'Dream Girls.' My recommendation on body detox is to find all natural ingredients, and do a simple detox. Make sure to check with your Doctor before going on a fast. In my opinion, detoxification should be an important part of everyone's lifestyle, to enrich your life.
